Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 pounds large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1/3 cup minced fresh parsley
- 1 tablespoon minced fresh chives
Preparation
- Melt butter in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat; saute garlic 30 seconds. Add juice and next 4 ingredients (juice through shrimp); cook 6 minutes or until shrimp are done. Remove from heat. Sprinkle with the parsley and the chives.
