Ingredients

  • 6 cups cooked shrimp
  • 1 1/4 cups mayonnaise
  • 6 thinly sliced green onions
  • 3 celery ribs, diced
  • 3 teaspoons grated lemon rind
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground red pepper
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Preparation

  1. Stir together 6 cups chopped cooked shrimp; 1 1/4 cups mayonnaise; 6 thinly sliced green onions; 3 celery ribs, diced; 3 teaspoons grated lemon rind; 1/2 teaspoon ground red pepper; and salt and black pepper to taste.
