This recipe has been added to our regular rotation. The only change I make is to use garlic powder instead of the minced garlic. My husband and son love these sandwiches. The sauce has just the right kick.

This is a great weeknight dinner. I used garlic powder instead of minced garlic and panko breadcrumbs. I also added some more hot sauce to the katchup for more spiciness- a lite summer meal that I served with a salad.

This was soooo good, my hubby says this is his new fave meal! I love the fact that this was low fat, i made it with the corn salad, so we really felt like we were at Mardi Gra! All i needed was some beads.......lol

My family really enjoyed this. I had the shrimp breaded and waiting in the refrigerator. Made a quick after-church lunch.

This is a very Po'Boy. I used 14C shrimp fried in olive oil using the bread crumbs. I added 2tbl mayo to the katchup sauce. French Bread sliced in half with some of the bread removed the grilled with butter. Romain with red onion. It was a huge hit. Will make again.

This is a go-to recipe in our house. Everybody loves it, and it's a great speedy supper. We serve it with CL's Tri-Color Coleslaw as a tasty lower-fat alternative to going out for po'boys.

Recipe was ok. The bread crumbs really didn't stick to the shrimp for me, and burnt when i broiled them. I thought the red onion was also overpowering. Next time I would omit the onion. I liked the ketchup though, and will give this a second try with maybe just broiled shrimp.

Very good. Good way to substitute fring the shrimp with a lot less fat and calories.
