I agree with the other reviewers... this is pretty tasty, but NOT Pad Thai. I added asparagus, sliced bamboo, and baby corn and cut back on the shrimp and noodles to make it a little healthier. My sauce was really thick even before I heated it up, so I added some fish sauce and rice vinegar - it needed some extra flavor anyways. Don't skip the cilantro and lime at the end, they really make the dish. I might make it again, but will probably try another pad thai recipe instead.

The hubby and I liked this recipe but it is missing the brightness in flavor of traditional pad thai. I used organic crunchy peanut butter and vietnamese garlic chili pepper sauce to save a few steps. I also added crystalized ginger for a little sweetness to the dish. We topped it with a mixture of cilantro and green onions for lightness and color. Overall a good basic - will use premix of stir fry next time to save a few steps and add more veggies. Nice for a quick flavorful midweek meal

Fast and easy ... definitely a keeper.

Needs to be renamed. It's a good dish but it does not taste anything like Pad Thai. It does have a slight resemblence in taste to Pad Kee Mow. When I showed the recipe to a friend of mine who was raised in Thailand she laughed at it.

I did not have sugar snap peas so I added 1 cup fresh spinach to replace them. Added them at the time I would of added the peas. I used more pasta and crunchy peanut butter. This dish was YUMMY, did not taste like Pad Thai. I will make this many times.

I had to work late so my husband offered to prepare dinner - it was so easy - he did a great job - it was really delicious

This was a really fast and flavorful recipe. I added carrots and ommitted the cilantro because I didn't have any. My kids and husband ate it...nearly amazing.

This turned out too thick and peanut buttery for my taste. Maybe less PB and more teriyaki next time.

I've made this a few times. I left out the cilantro and garlic. It's good, but there's another CL pad thai recipe that I prefer.

Simple and delicious. I can throw this together in a hurry. Even my picky daughter loved it.

Made last night with chicken instead of shrimp and used a bit more teriyaki sauce. I also added shredded carrots, and frozen pearl onions. Was a HUGE hit at my house, even with an extremely picky 15 year old who asked for seconds! The cilantro was important and added lots of flavor. Definitely a keeper in my house.
