Really flavor full. Simple to make and quick. This basic recipe actually has a lot of potential and could use different proteins and herbs.

This was wonderful. After seeing the list of ingredients, I thought the flavor would be simple, but I was wrong. The way all of the flavors melded together was amazing. By the end of the cooking process, the onions were caramelized and the orzo was a little browned; I just can't say enough good things about the flavor. When I make this again, I will add more romano, pepper, and basil at the end. It went very well with a simple caesar salad.

Yum! Thought it was very tasty! I used 4 cups of plum tomatoes that I had on hand. The orzo was a nice change from the usual pasta. Quick, easy recipe!

This was a very good, easy dinner. I made it for a friend that came over for dinner, and we were both very happy. I would bring it to a potluck, or serve it cold at a luncheon. I used feta instead of pecorino since I had some on hand and I love hte flavor of feta with shrimp. Very solid recipe

This was delicious! I added about 3 cups of steamed brocolli, deglazed the pan with white wine after I cooked the shrimp and also added more crushed red pepper because we like spice.

I liked this dish more than I expected! The recipe seemed a little boring but I was looking for a weeknight recipe with few ingredients that was quick. I did add a bit of white wine after sauteing the garlic and onions, but otherwise followed the recipe. It really was so easy to make and surprisingly flavorful! My boyfriend and I both loved it and I will certainly be making it again.

I found this on Friday and am so mad that I waited till Sunday to make. This was excellent, for such simple ingredients. The only thing I would do different is cook the onions a few minutes before adding the garlic and red pepper as I prefer my onions to be soft. It is also amazing cold. Going to make it with chicken and add some roasted red peppers next time. Soooooo Good!

We really enjoyed this meal! I added more crushed red pepper and instead of using just pecorino, I used a blend that included pecorino, parmesan & asiago. http://onecoupleskitchen.blogspot.com/2010/07/shrimp-orzo-with-cherry-tomatoes-romano.html

Good start, but needed some tweaking. I make it with more garlic, basil, oregano, etc. and served over linguine. Boyfriend enjoyed my version a lot! Nice and fast and easy to prepare.

This dish was delicious and east to make. I used a cheese blend. It was even better on the second day when the flavor really got into the pasta. I will definitely make it again.

Quick and easy. Next time I would double the tomatoes, basil and add a bit more cheese. It was very good.

This is a great summer dish. I really like the extra dimension with the red pepper. This is definitely a family favorite.
