- 1/2 juice of lemon or lime
- 1/4 light olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- red pepper flakes, to taste
- 1-2 shallots, finely chopped
- 1-2 jalapeÃ±o peppers, finely sliced
- Mix and add 1 1/2 - 2 pounds shrimp. Marinate 20 mins. Skewer and grill.
