I made this for company and everyone loved it! Modifications: substituted navy beans for lima, and andouille sausage for the ham. I also saved the Tabasco for individual plates to accommodate my kids and wide variety of spice tolerance. This has lots of butter, which is deliciously rich for special occasions, but I may try to create a lighter version to serve more often. Fantastic!
