Shrimp, Grapefruit, and Avocado Salad

  • 3/4 pound large shrimp, cooked, peeled, and deveined
  • 1 tablespoon fresh grapefruit juice
  • 2 teaspoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground white pepper
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 4 cups slivered romaine lettuce hearts
  • 1 avocado, peeled and cubed (about 1 cup)
  • 1 tablespoon minced fresh chives

How to Make It
