Cooked brown nice the night before so definitely takes some advanced planning, otherwise very quick to assemble and a great way to get tons of veggies in!! Loved the chile paste so I added more than called for to give an even extra kick :)

Very good. Mostly easy although the prep took a little time. Definitely worth the trouble. Could be made with chicken if shrimp is not your thing.

BEST FRIED RICE EVER!! I added a couple cloves of garlic w ginger for 30 sec. Also we really like a little egg in our fried rice so I combined 2 egg whites, 2Tbls oyster sauce, salt & pepper and wisked together then add to pan w ginger / garlic cook 1 min or until egg is still wet looking now add rice and I cooked for just 2 more min. - Then continue w rest of recipe.

We like this very much. It had lots of vegies and a nice variety. It also had a good spicy kick to it.

I loved all the veggies in this recipe. I added a little more hot sauce. once I was prepped it came together quickly and easy.

I forgot to pick up edamame so I threw in an extra bell pepper. Past that, I stuck to the recipe. The flavors were spot on, and it had a nice spice at the end (but not spicy). Check out my post with step-by-step photos at: http://www.icancookthat.org/2012/05/shrimp-fried-rice.html

Great home-made fried rice. I added some garlic and a fried egg, and left the chili sauce out so my 6-yr-old would eat it. I forgot to buy green onions so I threw in come regular chopped onion; came out fine. Great-tasting, healthy and quick!

UMMMM!!! So good. I substituted in asparagus for the snap peas and didn't put quite so much chile sauce. So good. Even my 16 year old loved it!! Definitely on the list.

We were surprised at how good this was. Excellent. It does take a little advanced planning for the rice, but it's a winner.
