A great weeknight dinner! This pasta dish was easy and quick to put together. I added a few tablespoons of homemade pesto as suggested by another reviewer and the end result was delicious. I would not hestitate to serve to guests.

Very simple recipe...I used 1 lb of shrimp and added 1 more clove of garlic and another 1 1/2 tablespoons of olive oil...In addition, used approximately 10-12 oz of spinach cause it wilts down so much...Major difference is I browned the garlic, fennel and shallots together first, then added the shrimp...Brought out a nice flavor...Enjoy!

This was very easy to make and very good! I used whole wheat linguine and the favors were great. Loved the leftovers too!

So easy and delicious! Served to my book club tonight and they started raving from the first bite! ON my regular list now. Tripling the recipe makes for an ungainly mix, Will probably not serve to large group in the future,

Quick and easy summer meal, that's about it. Made to recipe except used full bag of grown-up spinach, stemmed and torn, rather than baby spinach. Served with spring mix salad. Best part of meal was the appetizer, lifted from a 2012 Bon Appetit: grill or toast both sides of slices from a sourdough boule, rub one side of bread with cut garlic clove, top with thin avocado slices, dot/sprinkle with olive oil & grind of salt, light sprinkle of crushed red pepper flakes (omit pepper flakes for kids or those who don't prefer) -- excellent.

Very simple and delicious! I added about a teaspoon of fresh grated lemon rind, and about a tablespoon of fresh lemon juice. Delicious!

I cannot believe the result of such an easy recipe....my kids asked if I could make again tomorrow! And since it took about 10 minutes total, I think I will! My only addition was a little extra spinach and two pinches of red chilis (my kids like their food on the spicy side).

I created an account just so I could rate this recipe! This was sooo good! I added more spinach because I love it. I liked it as much, if not better than shrimp pasta I would get at a fancy restaurant because it tastes yummy without all the calories of a heavy Alfredo/ white sauce.

Fantastic, quick and easy. I used fresh pasta and doubled the spinach. I didn't bother removing the garlic, just added the shrimp to it, then half the spinach, then the drained pasta, then the other half of the spinach. Tossed with the cheese. Couldn't be easier.

This recipe was amazing...the simple things make such a fabulous taste! I love spinach so I added more since it wilts down so much. The ease of the recipe is a huge plus for a working family that wants great food.

This was SO good. I doubled the spinach, left all other ingredients the same. I will make this again very soon...

Excellent recipe. Quick, easy, and flavorful. The only change I made was I diced two medium tomatoes and threw them in with the spinach and pasta. I really liked the acid that they added to the recipe. My kids (ages 8 and 3) both asked for seconds, so it is definitely a keeper!

Easy dish with outstanding flavor! Good for family or company. The spinach looks huge at first when it goes in the pan but wilts nicely. One of our very favorite recipes from Cooking Light.
