Shrimp And Crab Meat Stuffing

Yield about 3 cups


  • 1 cup chopped green onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/2 cup butter or margarine
  • 8 slices white bread, cubed
  • 1 pound cooked medium shrimp, peeled, deveined, and chopped
  • 1/2 pound lump crab meat, drained
  • 1/4 cup sherry
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

How to Make It

  1. Sauté onion and parsley in butter in a large skillet until onion is tender. Add bread cubes, stirring to coat. Stir in remaining ingredients.
