This is better when made ahead of time and allowed to 'age' in the fridge. Will keep about a week in the fridge.

  • 8 ounce(s) Sharp Cheddar Cheese (grated)
  • 8-10 shrimp, chopped
  • 1 Small onion, grated
  • 1-2 dash(es) Tabasco
  • 1 cup(s) Mayonnaise


  1. Mix all ingredients.

  2. Serve with Triscuits. Sprinkle with Paprika for a little color.
