Shredded Five-Spice Turkey with Herb and Noodle Salad

    I did make some rather major modifications but the flavors meld really well. First of all I did not serve it as a salad and did not use the lettuce at all. 2nd I used chicken breasts instead of turkey. I think I would prefer to marinade the chicken in the initial sauce rather then add it to the onion turkey(chicken) mixture. At the end I tossed in the noodles and the dressing and stir fried it all together to make more of a lomein. I put the herbs on top at the end. Love the flavor of 5 spice and the dressing went well to use as a sauce for the noodles
