Ingredients

  • 1/2 head red cabbage
  • 1/2 head green cabbage
  • 1/2 cup 2% Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh tarragon
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons whole-grain Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Preparation

  1. Shred red cabbage and green cabbage. Combine yogurt, tarragon, Dijon mustard, vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper. Toss with cabbage.
