  • 1 tablespoon cider vinegar
  • 1 to 1 1/2 teaspoons sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 (8-ounce) Granny Smith apple, unpeeled
  • 3 cups finely shredded cabbage

How to Make It
