  • 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

How to Make It

  1. Beat eggs until light and frothy; gradually add sugar, beating well. Stir in sherry and lemon rind.

  2. Combine almonds, flour, salt, and spices, mixing well. Stir into egg mixture, blending thoroughly.
