1 garlic clove
1/3 cup sherry wine vinegar
1/4 cup fresh orange juice
2 teaspoons sugar
1 teaspoon dried rosemary
2 teaspoons grapeseed oil
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
1 (15-ounce) can whole figs in syrup, drained


With food processor on, drop garlic through food chute; process until finely chopped. Add vinegar and remaining ingredients; process until smooth.
