Sherried Hard Sauce

Yield 3/4 cup


  • 1/8 cup butter, softened
  • 1 cup sifted powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons sherry

How to Make It

  1. Combine butter and sugar; beat until smooth. Add sherry; beat until fluffy. Chill.

  2. Note: Pipe hard sauce around base of pudding.
