Sherried Ham Sauce

Yield 1 cup


  • 1/4 cup catsup
  • 1/4 cup sherry
  • 1/4 cup butter or margarine
  • 2 tablespoons tarragon wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard

How to Make It

  1. Combine all ingredients in a medium saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until butter melts. Serve hot with baked ham.
