This is a major production to prepare but it's worth the effort. It's a great winter dish that will fill you up fast.

i added rosemary in while sauteing everything, and i also think a 1/4c less on the broth might work better

The meat and veggies were amazing but the mashed potatos were not the best they felt like foam. Would make again with a different potato recipe.
