  • 8oz box(es) macaroni
  • 2 tablespoon(s) butter
  • 1 tablespoon(s) flour
  • 1 cup(s) skim milk
  • 1 cup(s) frozen peas defrosted
  • 4 ounce(s) shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup(s) grated parmesan Cheese
  • 1/2 cup(s) low fat cottage cheese

Preparation

  1. Prepare macaroni & drain. while mac is cooking melt butter in a saucepan.Stir in flour until it is blended, (it may be a bit lumpy). Add the milk and stir constantly until slightly thickened & smooth. Stir in cheeses & peas & stir until
  2. cheeses melt. Mix the macaroni w/ cheese mixture & serve.
