Ingredients
- 8oz box(es) macaroni
- 2 tablespoon(s) butter
- 1 tablespoon(s) flour
- 1 cup(s) skim milk
- 1 cup(s) frozen peas defrosted
- 4 ounce(s) shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup(s) grated parmesan Cheese
- 1/2 cup(s) low fat cottage cheese
Preparation
- Prepare macaroni & drain. while mac is cooking melt butter in a saucepan.Stir in flour until it is blended, (it may be a bit lumpy). Add the milk and stir constantly until slightly thickened & smooth. Stir in cheeses & peas & stir until
