Shellfish Stew with Chorizo and Rouille

    Worthy of a Special Occasion

    This stew was unbelieveable. Actually very easy to prepare. Whatever you do, don't overdue the amount of shrimp & scallops. 3/4 of a cup is more than enough. I served it with a side of sliced tomatoes with basil & mozzarella cheese coated with olive oil & balsamic vinegar.
