Shallot Vinaigrette
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon minced shallot
- 1 teaspoon chopped capers
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 2/3 cup olive oil
- Salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
Preparation
- Combine first 4 ingredients in a food processor; process until smooth. With processor running, gradually add oil in a slow, steady stream. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
