It is easiest to whisk this frothy, frosty lemon sorbet cocktail in batches of six. The rosemary garnish, though not traditional, lends a pleasant, piney kick.

Ingredients

  • 1 bottle(s) Prosecco
  • 1 cup(s) vodka or grappa
  • 1 cup(s) lemon sorbet
  • 1/4 cup(s) limoncello
  • 1 zest of 1 lemon
  • rosemary sprigs

Preparation

  1. In a cold, stainless steel bowl, whisk all ingredients, except rosemary sprigs, until frothy. Do not over-mix, as mixture will separate. Divide among 6 flutes and garnish with a rosemary sprig.
