- 1/4 cup(s) limoncello
- 1 zest of 1 lemon
- rosemary sprigs
- In a cold, stainless steel bowl, whisk all ingredients, except rosemary sprigs, until frothy. Do not over-mix, as mixture will separate. Divide among 6 flutes and garnish with a rosemary sprig.
