Seven-Minute Frozen Cherry Yogurt

Add frozen cherries and a little sugar to a cup of vanilla low-fat yogurt for a super-quick healthy dessert or snack.

  • 1 (16-ounce) package frozen dark sweet pitted cherries
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1 cup vanilla low-fat yogurt
  • 1/4 teaspoon almond extract


  1. Position knife blade in food processor bowl; add half of frozen cherries. Process until fruit is chopped. Remove chopped cherries. Repeat procedure with remaining half of cherries; scrape sides of processor bowl. Return chopped cherries to processor bowl. Add sugar, yogurt, and almond extract; process until smooth. Serve immediately.
