Sesame Wonton Crisps

Replace croutons in a salad with Sesame Wonton Crisps. They also make tasty snacks.

Cooking Light MAY 2013

  • Yield: Serves 4 (serving size: 3 crisps)


  • 6 wonton wrappers
  • Cooking spray
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons dark sesame oil
  • 2 teaspoons sesame seeds
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt


Preheat oven to 425°. Cut wonton wrappers in half diagonally. Arrange triangles in a single layer on a baking sheet coated with cooking spray. Brush evenly with dark sesame oil. Sprinkle evenly with sesame seeds and salt. Bake at 425° for 4 minutes or until browned.
