This is a great stirfry. I made it as written, with a few exceptions. I dry fried the sesame seeds and added them at the end. I didn't have chili garlic sauce, so I used plain chili sauce and added some minced garlic. I think next time I will add more garlic and maybe stir fry it with the vegetables, rather than adding it with the sauce.

My fiance is not a fan of asparagus. So, I made this with green beans instead of the asparagus and it was great. Added some green garlic for some added flavor instead of the green onions. Looking forward to the leftovers tomorrow.

Very good. Followed the recipe as written and really enjoyed it. Served the stir fry with pan-fried dumplings.

Love it. A suggestion is to take time getting the tofu dry enough to fry. A family favorite!

Carnivore husband loved it and even my extremely picky two year old daughter ate it. Definitely will make again but next time with more sauce!

Excellent recipe! We enjoyed it more with noodles the second time instead of rice. A favorite for sure.

This is really really good and for a weeknight dinner i'd give it 5 stars - but it's not an entertaining company dish - it's dinner and really good. Used green beans instead of aspargus as another reviewer suggested - my husband isn't a fan. I used more garlic sauce because we look it hotter - will probably add a little siracha next time. I loved the texture of the tofu with the sesame seeds - we weighted the tofu between paper towels to get excess water out of it - this is a definite keeper.
