Serves 4 (serving size: about 1/2 cup)

Spinach gets a flavor boost from rich and dark sesame oil and some crunchy texture from tossed sesame seeds. 

How to Make It

Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add oil to pan; swirl to coat. Add spinach to pan in batches, cooking each batch for 2 minutes or until just beginning to wilt before adding more. Stir in pepper. Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds.
