Sesame Sautéed Spinach

Spinach gets a flavor boost from rich and dark sesame oil and some crunchy texture from tossed sesame seeds.

  • 1 tablespoon dark sesame oil
  • 16 ounces fresh baby spinach
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 teaspoons toasted sesame seeds

How to Make It

  1. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add oil to pan; swirl to coat. Add spinach to pan in batches, cooking each batch for 2 minutes or until just beginning to wilt before adding more. Stir in pepper. Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds.
