    Delicious! Sweet honey and raisins are a good pairing with the lamb and couscous. Chops came out delicious and tender. Fantastic if you like a sweeter presentation of meats, instead of savory for once.

    I found this to be generally quite good and unusual I was afraid to add the entire amount of cumin so cut it in half and felt it was still a bit on the "hot" side. I would make it for myself again but I fell it wasn't my husband's favorite (even though he ate it. I served it with green beans, crusty bread and watermelon.

    I did not care for this that much. First, I think the cumin should have been toasted, then ground, mixed with some of the cinnamon & some salt & used as a rub on the meat, the meat was bland. Then in addition to the spices again being in the sauce, I would have added more honey & reduced it a bit to make a glaze, the sauce was way too thin. I served it with Near East Parmesan Couscous & roasted asparagus. Dont think I'll be making this again tho

    THis was excellent. I used French rib lamp chops and agave instead of honey. (I'm not always in the mood for a strong honey taste). Otherwise, very good and a nice dinner treat for guests.

    This was an excellent dish. I added mushrooms to the sauce and switched out the couscous for orzo. I served it with slightly sauteed spinanch and onions. My family has demanded we have this at least once a month.
