Sesame-Ginger Sauce

Drizzle this all-purpose Asian condiment over steamed vegetables, or use it as a dipping sauce for pot stickers or spring rolls.

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 1 tablespoon dark sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon minced peeled fresh ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper
  • 1 garlic clove, minced

Preparation

Combine all ingredients, stirring well with a whisk.
