Sesame-Crusted Tuna with Ginger-Peanut Rice

    Followed the recipe to the tee......ended up adding a few tablespoons more of peanut sauce to the rice or flavor and everyone loved it!! My 15 and 6 year old ate every bit and asked for more. 3 minutes on each side was perfection for 5, 1 inch fillets of tuna. For sure Im adding to my menu.

    So easy and wonderful flavors! I also served this with carrots with lime and ginger. Would not cook the tuna as long as it said - we like the tuna rare.

    This was easy and the results exceeded my expectations. I served it with sauteed mustard greens. I cooked the tuna longer since it was thick, and it came out just right.
