1. Add oil to hot pan and saute chicken until cooked about 8 minute
2.Remove chicken from pan.
3. Add garlic and ginger saute for 1-2 minutes
4. Combine next six ingredients, chicken broth through cornstarch and add to pan.
5. Bring to a boil and lower heat
6. Simmer for 10 minutes until sauce thickens and reduces
7. Add chicken back to pan and stir to coat
8. Add seseme seeds and red pepper flakes, if using. Stir to combine
Serve with brown rice and steamed broccoli.
