Sesame Broccolini gets a double hit of sesame flavor from the seeds and oil. Only a couple minutes, and this delicious side is ready, making it a quick and easy green to whip up for dinner.
1 pound trimmed Broccolini
1 1/2 tablespoons lightly toasted sesame seeds
1 teaspoon dark sesame oil
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
How to Make It
Bring a large saucepan of water to a boil over high heat. Add Broccolini; cook 3 1/2 minutes or until crisp-tender. Drain. Combine sesame seeds, sesame oil, and kosher salt in a large bowl. Add Broccolini to bowl; toss gently to coat.

I did not have broccolini available here in rural Arkansas so I used broccoli instead. While it tasted good I found that putting the sesame oil, sesame seeds, and salt into a bowl first allowed the seeds to absorb the oil and made them clump up. Next time I would use the oil first to coat the broccolini then add in the seeds and salt.
