A great cold morning alternative to oatmeal. To avoid lumps, stir the flour in very slowly, a little at a time while constantly stirring. Delicious with a variety of toppings; blueberries, strawberries, bananas, nuts, raisins, cinnamon, cranberries, etc. Semolina flour is not always carried in the typical supermarkets, so you may need to check at a health food store or a food store specializing in international products.
