- 3 cups uncooked long-grain rice
- 1/4 cup dried parsley flakes
- 2 tablespoons chicken bouillon granules
- 2 teaspoons onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
How to Make It
Stir together all ingredients. Place 1 cup mixture into each of 3 airtight containers. Store in a cool, dry place. Prep: 10 min.
Directions for gift card: Bring 2 cups water and 1 tablespoon butter or margarine to a boil in a saucepan; stir in rice mix. Cover, reduce heat, and simmer 20 minutes or until liquid is absorbed.
