Seasoned Mashed Potatoes

  • 1 pound russet potatoes
  • 3 tablespoons whipping cream
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon rosemary (crumbled dried or chopped fresh)
  • Salt

How to Make It

  1. In a bowl, mash peeled cooked potatoes. Mix 2 cups of the mashed potatoes with the whipping cream, chopped cilantro, chopped basil leaves, olive oil, rosemary, and salt to taste.
