- 2 cups cornflakes cereal, crushed
- 3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 (0.4-ounce) envelope buttermilk Ranch dressing mix
- 6 skinned and boned chicken breast halves
- 1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted
How to Make It
Stir first 3 ingredients in a shallow dish. Dip chicken in butter; dredge in cornflake mixture. Place in a greased 13- x 9-inch baking dish.
Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes or until done.
