Seared Scallops with Orange and Vermouth

    Quick and easy. Naturally I changed it a bit, I dusted the tops and bottoms of the scallops with cornstarch, I can never get them dry enough to brown and a little cornstarch accomplishes this, then I used a shallot instead of scallions and added a couple shakes of cayenne pepper
