Seared Scallops with Garlic-Parsley Butter

    I can't believe that no one else has reviewed this recipe. This was one of the most delicious "appetizers" I have ever had the pleasure of eating in my entire life. Despite purchasing larger than average, succulent scallops, this dish would make a very large appetizer. I suggest serving it as an exquisite entree. It is easy to make and definitely tastes like it came from a 5 star restaurant. It was our Christmas Eve dinner hit!

    Great flavor combination! Super easy, the only suggestion I would make is the next time around to reduce the amount of lemon juice. We will definitely be making this again.
