Ingredients

  • 200 grams salmon
  • 40 grams avocado
  • 10 grams shallot
  • 10 grams conriander
  • 10 grams pastry
  • 10 grams basil
  • 10 grams spring oinon
  • 1 tablespoon(s) sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon(s) lemon juice
  • red capsicum garnish
  • pinch(s) seasoning

Preparation

- seasoning the salmon then pan fried until it cook (keep the cooked salmon in warm place)

- cut all the vegetables and herb into small finely died to make the salsa

- make the dressing by use the sweet chili sauce and squeeze the lemon juice in

- plate up the salmon and salsa then spring the dressing on top
