    Im not a huge red meat eater but wanted to try this dish, I was very satisfied. Very tasty. Easy to prepare and quick to make. I will make it again for sure!!

    This was very easy and delicious. I made it for an evening in, but would be great for a dinner party too. Served with the "Brussels Sprouts with Browned Garlic" recipe.

    This was by far the most delicious beef tenderloin I have ever made. The combination of the dijon, garlic and herbs is smashing! Must try!
