Sea Bass and Confetti Vegetables with Lemon-Butter Sauce

We've been trying to incorporate more seafood into our daily meals and I've been looking for the perfect, quick & easy, sea bass dish. This is delicious! I was a little unsure about the vegetable confetti but it turned out to be the perfect compliment to the fish. Will keep this recipe and make it often!

I have made this numerous times and it is so easy and delish! Sometimes I just make the "confetti vegetables" to go with other entrees. LOVE it!
