Preparation

  1. 1)Beat all ingredients with fork in 1-quart microwavable casserole.2)If desired,stir in 1/4 cup shredded cheese,crumbled cooked bacon,chopped fully-cooked smoked ham,snipped chives or green onions or chopped canned mushrooms.3)Cover tightly and microwave on high (100 0/0),stirring every minute,until eggs are puffy and set but still moist,3 to 4 minutes.4)Stir before serving.
