  • 1 can black beans, drained
  • 1 can niblet corn, drained
  • 1 small tomato, chopped
  • 1/2 red pepper, chopped
  • 1/4 c. red onion, chopped
  • 2 jalapenos, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped garlic
  • 1/4 English cucumber, chopped
  • 1/2 c. chopped cilantro
  • juice of 1/2 lime
  • big squeeze Gourmet Garden chili pepper spice blend (Kroger produce section)
  • 1 Tbsp. Karo syrup
  • salt to taste


  1. Mix all ingredients together and let chill in refrigerator for at least 2 hours. Serve with Tostito chips.
