- 1 (16-ounce) package frozen sliced peaches, slightly thawed
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup bourbon
- 1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons sweetened lime juice
- 4 cups crushed ice
- Additional peach slices
How to Make It
Place half of peaches in container of an electric blender; process until smooth. Add remaining peaches, sugar, bourbon, and lime juice; process until smooth. Add crushed ice; process until thick and slushy.
Pour into glasses; garnish with peach slices. Serve immediately.
