Ingredients

1 ounce gin
1 ounce sparkling wine
Garnish: slice of star fruit

Preparation

In a cocktail shaker, combine Hibiscus-Infused Simple Syrup and gin; shake well. Strain the mixture into a chilled flute; top off with sparkling wine. Garnish with a slice of star fruit, if desired; serve immediately.
