    I love this recipe its so simple and so good. I know when you make it you will love it & it will be a hit with your family and friends.

    So bland - a miserable disappointment from amazing ingredients. It could be better, but I don't know that I would invest the time or money to fix it.

    Very easy and really good especially if you love Thai coconut dishes. Served this with basmati rice.

    It's not bad but I think it would be a lot better if the scallops were sautéed first instead of poached. They came out too chewy. The sauce itself is good though. I'll attempt to make it again because its quick and easy
