  • 1/4 teaspoon(s) crushed red pepper
  • 1/4 cup(s) green onion strips
  • 2 tablespoon(s) rice vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon(s) salt
  • 1 tablespoon(s) sesame oil
  • 1/2 cup(s) shaved carrots
  • 8 ounce(s) wide rice noodles


  1. Cook 8 ounces wide rice noodles according to package directions; drain and rinse with cold water. Combine noodles, 1/2 cup shaved carrots, 1/4 cup green onion strips, 2 tablespoons seasoned rice vinegar, 1 tablespoon dark sesame oil, 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper, and 1/4 teaspoon salt.
