Scallion Dipping Sauce
- 15 sprig(s) scallions thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup(s) fish sauce nuoc nam or nam pla
- 3 tablespoon(s) grapeseed oil
- 2 tablespoon(s) chinkiang black vinegar
- 2 tablespoon(s) sesame seeds toasted
- Combine all ingredients in a large bowl just before you begin grilling; stir occasionally.
