Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup fat-free, lower-sodium chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 cup uncooked couscous
  • 1/3 cup chopped green onions

Preparation

  1. Bring chicken broth and water to a boil in a medium saucepan. Gradually stir in couscous. Remove from heat; cover and let stand 5 minutes. Fluff couscous with a fork. Stir in chopped green onions.
